Housecheck Service
Have you ever been concerned about the well-being of your home in Lake Naomi-Timber Trails while you are away for an extended time?
Your LN-TT home is one of your most valuable investments and for less than five dollars per week, you can give yourself some peace of mind by having the exterior of your home checked regularly by a member of the Ranger Staff. A number of other related services including interior checks, heat adjustment and alarm responses are also available at an additional cost.
The 2023/2024 Housechecking Service will begin the week of October 16th and will end the first week of May 2024. The date and time of each check of your home will be documented on a special form. This form will be available for inspection upon request by the homeowner at the Administrative Office during normal business hours. In the event a check of a house reveals a problem that requires immediate attention, the homeowner will be promptly notified by telephone.
