Pocono Pines

A home in the Pocono Pines Community is the perfect respite from the fast pace of the city and the toils of the suburbs. One of the highest priorities here is to maintain the natural habitat and the woodland feel of the community while maximizing the enjoyment of the wonderful atmosphere and amenities that the Lake Naomi/Timber Trails communities have to offer.
The Pocono Pines Community Association (PPCA) is a homeowners’ association comprising most homes in the Lake Naomi/Deer Trail Lake area. Together with our sister HOA, Timber Trails Community Association, our members are eligible to join the Lake Naomi Club and enjoy the amenities provided by the Club.

Our members strive to maintain the community in a manner that reflects the very reason you are here - and observance of some rules will permit everyone’s enjoyment for generations to come.

Every home that belongs to the PPCA has some documents that are important for you to read and understand:
-PPCA Code of Conduct
-Deed Covenants
-PPCA Bylaws

Taken together, these documents provide the basis for ensuring our community will continue to maintain the character which we love and appreciate.
