Timber Trails
The Timber Trails Community is the perfect respite from the fast pace of the city and the toils of the suburbs. One of the highest priorities here is to maintain the natural habitat and the woodland feel of the community while maximizing the enjoyment of the wonderful atmosphere and amenities that the Lake Naomi/Timber Trails communities have to offer.
The Timber Trails Community Association (TTCA) is a homeowners’ association comprised of all residential properties in the Timber Trails gated community area. Together with our sister HOA, Pocono Pines Community Association, our members are eligible to join the Lake Naomi Club and enjoy the amenities provided by the Club.
Unlike the PPCA which has public roads maintained by Tobyhanna Township, the TTCA is a private gated community and owns its roads and common areas including the entrance, Gatehouse, walking trails and the Tall Timber Lake and beach. TTCA Members fund the maintenance of these areas along with a Capital Reserve Fund for when these areas need capital repairs or replacement. There are also Lake Naomi Club amenity properties found within Timber Trails that are available to all those holding Club Membership, such as the Golf Course, Pool and Clubhouse. Although these amenities are within the Timber Trails gates, Lake Naomi Club Membership is required for their use. If you are not a member of the Lake Naomi Club, we encourage you to join and enjoy the many facilities that are available and help by volunteering on one of the many committees that oversee the continuance of our mission.
In order to maintain the privacy and security within Timber Trails, Members and guests are required to sign in upon entering and vehicle identification stickers and bar codes for the automated Member Gate are strongly suggested. As an owner, you are required to register your guests and contractors through the gatehouse and unauthorized access will not be permitted.
Our members strive to maintain the community in a manner that reflects the very reason you are here - and observance of some rules will permit everyone’s enjoyment for generations to come.
Every home that belongs to the TTCA has some documents that are important for you to read and understand:
